Amy is highly knowledgeable about Santa Barbara (where she has lived for many years), the overall real estate market, potential changes and expectations. She was patient with me changing my mind about offers, respectful and generous in giving detailed feedback and notes. She was vital in going over HOAs, CC&R and all associated contracts.
