WATER SOFTENERS - SB has hard water thus having soft water is great to have for your skin. There is a water softener in place. on August 29th Seller added 2 bags of salt which he claims will last 18 months. Purchase locally at most grocery stores to then add the salt yourself. Alternatively you can have a service that does it all for you; below are a few local companies that provide the equipment and fill the tanks with service agreement.

REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM - SB has hard water thus an RO system is great to have. There is a water filter in the refrigerator of this home, yet you may wish to install an RO tap at the sink for hot/cold that also has a Reverse Osmosis.
